Hipchat supports a mode of sending a message to a room that doesn't notify others, but just sends the message. For instance, the Github / Hipchat service has the option to notify or not notify, and if you choose not to, it just sends the message but does not notify anyone that it is unread or send an alert or popup. Can we please have something like this for the Hipchat Jenkins plugin?
