Multiple Build in single job.

      I have a requirement to run the multiple releases in single project in Jenkins.
      The SCM is TFS:
      I have three branches to check out to Jenkins workspace from TFS and do the build task one by one for each branch folder.I have tried to use multiple scm plugin .But the configuration is getting wiped out after saving it. Please help me to get this issue resolved.
