After upgrading Multiple SCMs plugin 0.4, the problem of incompatible with subversion plugin 2.5 is solved (need to wipe out old workspace first). While there is no problem for checking out source code, but on build info page, it just shows "No changes" for subversion repositories, and there really are changes retrieved from subversion plugin.
