[JENKINS-29315] Archives of Maven Builds on Jenkins master running under windows contain corrupted links

Description

Original: Situation: Jenkins master running on a Windows 7 machine. Maven jobs archives contain Folders with the Name of Submodules These Folders are links having no target as visible in properties capture. They cann't be opened (neither through command-window nor using windows explorer, but it is possible to delete them using explorer. In command-window it is only possible to rename not to move or delete the item. On a Linux-master are symbolic links to the submodules builds.
