I have just installed mail-ext plugin and while I like a lot the customized
triggers, I have to go to each build and enable the same mailing list and the
same triggers triggers. With more than 20 projects in Hudson, that is going to
take some time.

I would like to propose the following enhancements to the plugin:

1. Allow global configuration NOT only for mail server, but also for user
mailing lists (both global and trigger specific) and the list of triggers.
2. Provide a check box in the global configuration which would automatically
enable/disable the plugin when a new build job is created (one less thing to
click on build config screen)
3. When the plugin is enabled by default, propagate global configuration to
build job configuration.
4. Allow overwriting email configuration at the build job level without
affecting the global configuration or other projects.
