I installed Config refresh plugin to stop refreshing every 20 seconds. All pages refresh even though enable auto refresh is not ON.

nothing works still keeps refreshing every 20 seconds

can someone please help me here. I even checked the DNS refresh interval but it is set to an hour ..so it is something with Jenkins that is making it happen.

IIUC, I think you are saying that somehow you got into the state where every page in Jenkins automatically refreshes itself every 20 seconds?

I'm curious what HTTP headers your Jenkins is serving, and what's in HTML file. If you can get those information for us, that'd be helpful to understand the problem.

I'd also suggest you try a different browser or ask another person to see if s/he sees the same issue. That'll also help us isolate the problem.

dam321 can you tell me if you have the "CloudBees Free Enterprise Plugins" plugin installed ?
For now we didnt 't identified the origin of the issue but we had several feedbacks confirming than removing it solved such issue.
This plugin is now useless as the folder plugin is free and available for everyone. The major part of others plugins which were enabled by this one are useless because they were related to our legacy offer RUN@cloud.

Isn't this the same as JENKINS-19828?
