As a Jenkins user, I would like to be able to select multiple items from a view and run operations against that subset of items.

• Acceptance Criteria.
  • The user is able to select multiple items from a single item group.
  • There will be a way to select items from a normal view. The user shouldn't have to navigate to a special screen to select items.
  • Once the user selects an item, they are shown a list of operations which can be applied to multiple items
    • Other plugins should be able to contribute items to this drop down
