When entering a valid CVSROOT string which includes a user password:

ie - :pserver:user:password@hostname:/usr/local/share/cvsrep

the field validation fails to recognize the valid string and designates it as
invalid.

CVSROOT is still usable, and seems to work alright once configuration is saved,
but erroneous messaging can be confusing to users.
