Back to Jenkins button goes to nonexistent web page

      The "Back to Jenkins" button references the a nonexistent and incorrect URL. It references the "jqs-monitoring" subdir, which (a) does not exist, and (b) is not the correct URL. The correct URL for this button should be the top-level Jenkins URL, or the parent of the referenced location.
