2.0-beta-1 initial setup wizard

Go to choose which plugins to install.
Expand the dependencies on "Dashboard view"
Notice a "OWASP Markup Formatter Plugin"

expected results

1) Click on "OWASP Markup Formatter Plugin" to get more info
2) Click on "OWASP Markup Formatter Plugin" to get more info
3) Search the list of plugins to find out what "OWASP Markup Formatter Plugin" is.

actual results

1) this toggles the plugin selection
2) this does nothing
3) the plugin is not listed.

WTF?

(yes *I* know why it is not listed but I should be able to get more info about it to see if this is a plugin that I wish to install).
