use proxy to access triggering URL

      When accessing the triggering URL, it must be possible to use the proxy as it is
      already configured in Hudson.
      Use case: we have an external and an internal network, the trigger is raised in
      the external network, access from the internal network to anywhere else is
      possible only through a http proxy.

          I wanted to commit Schtefan's fix a long time ago, but wasn't able to get committer access. The fix worked for me. I'm no longer on the project where I needed it, but I would still recommend committing the fix.

          Additionally, URLTRigger plugin provides this feature and replaces the URLChangeTrigger
