Description

Original: Recently the docker-java library merged [PR 575](https://github.com/docker-java/docker-java/pull/575) which allowed for binding of ports on multiple addresses. Currently I have only been able to bind to one port. When the new release of the docker-java library is released we should support the ability of binding to multiple port ranges.
