Add a symbol to the build step in the hpi Maven archetype

    Description

      Note - there's no component I could find specifically for maven-hpi-plugin.

      It'd be good to have a Pipeline step for the HelloWorldBuilder in the sample project generated by maven-hpi-plugin's archetype.

            As noted in the PR, this should rather take advantage of JENKINS-29922 and add a @Symbol.

            More broadly I would prefer to see an archetype for an empty plugin, as well as example archetype for plugins doing sundry things, one of which would be adding a Builder.
