      if the user clicks the "the system configuration" link in Project Configure - (Jenkins needs to know where your Maven is installed.
      Please do so from the system configuration.)
      The user is redirected to a Jenkins Configuration page; http://localhost:8080/jenkins/configure

      Expected
      The user should be redirected to Jenkins Global Tool Configuration page ; http://localhost:8080/jenkins/configureTools/
