Steps to reproduce

1. Run a pipeline that has a large log
2. It will automatically jump to the bottom of the page
3. Scroll up. The page will automatically scroll down

Desired behaviour

1. Run a pipeline that has a large log
2. It will automatically jump to the bottom of the page
3. Scroll up. The page should stay at position.
4. Scrolling down to the bottom of actively tailing log should reactivate karaoke
5. switching to a node that has an actively tailing log should reactivate karaoke

There may be other edge cases - please discover and solve them
