Parametrised Jenkinsfile job always fails on first run

      We have set up a github organization folder with Jenkinsfile in several repositories triggering builds for pull requests. Some of these jobs need parameters when started and that has been configured to Jenkinsfile

      Now whenever a new pull request is created to this repository, the first build always fails due to missing property. All following builds for the same PR find the parameter with the set default value.
