Similar to how the API exposes the number of failing branches or PR's, we also want to expose the number of jobs that are currently running and queued. Property names can be whatever we like, perhaps "numberOfRunningJobs" and "numberOfQueuedJobs" would work?

This will allow the UI to represent the overall state of a Pipeline more accurately, since "latestRun" can be ambiguous when multiple runs of the same pipeline are occurring.
