When I have set in scm part of jenkins git repository with Advanced behaviour called Pooling ignores commits in certain paths with only single included region pointing to single file, I would expect that I will receive only changelogs which have touched that file.

Please add some knob/switch which will enable filtering of changelogs (I have also some jenkins jobs, which benefit from current behaviour).
