I would like to perform local development of Pipeline libraries. In order to do it I wanted to use the Filesystem SCM plugin, but it appears the plugin is not compatible with Folder's library source.

1) The UI seems to be broken (fields are always expanded)
2) The configuration is not being saved to the disk after save()
3) After the reopening of the configuration, it is missing
