The current default alphabetic sorting of steps is not ideal to suit common usage.

Override the sort with the following list of steps appearing before the remainder are shown alphabetaically (no design change to the search list at this time, just sort tweaking):

• Shell Script
• Print Message
• Enforce Time Limit
• Retry The body...
• Sleep
• Windows Bash Script
• Archive The artifacts
• Allocate Node
  .. then alphabetic.
