      Bitbucket 4.13
      Bitbucket-branch-source-plugin 2.0.2
Bitbucket Server Webhook to Jenkins 3.0.1

When we commit to Bitbucket server, Bitbucket Server Webhook to Jenkins sends a NotifyOnCommit.

The projects we created from Bitbucket Team/Project or a Multi branch pipeline with Bitbucket as source, jobs get disabled. It start a build after the disable, which fails. I need to rerun Scan Organization Folder or Scan Multibranch Pipeline to re-enable the project.

I build a new Multi branch pipeline, but with Git as source. The projects builds and the projects don't get disables when we commit to Bitbucket.

When you look at the multi pipeline events, The git projects detects the change, sees which commit has been done and starts a build. The projects with bitbucket as source, see something changing on the server but don't detect which commit has been done.
