      Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.3 (Maipo), Jenkins 2.46-1 GitLab Community Edition 8.16.5.

      After upgrading to the version jenkins-2.46-1.1 my projects are stopped to work. I rolled back to the previews version jenkins-2.45-1 and all began to work.
      The errors are:
      1. FATAL: Could not initialize class sun.text.normalizer.NormalizerImpl
      java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class sun.text.normalizer.NormalizerImpl

      2. ERROR: Step 'Publish build status to GitLab commit (GitLab 8.1+ required)' aborted due to exception:
      java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class sun.text.normalizer.NormalizerImpl
