Stage log title loses context in parallel build

      Scope

      • Update the format so that it is "Stage / Parallel Branch"
      • Note: we deliberately do not want to use "-" as a separator anymore.

      When you're on a normal build step (and watching it run) - the title for the log is "Step - $STAGE", but when you are on a parallel build step - you are told "Step - $PARALLELNAME"

      I would argue, not very convincingly

      The log title should be "Step - $STAGE - $PARALLELNAME" - as I have multiple stages with the same parallel names (architecture in this case).
