Pretty self explanatory from the title:

If you are on the plugins page (any of them) and you are typing stuff into the filter text box, and then press enter, for whatever reason, it triggers the button at the bottom, "Download now and install after restart" Regardless if this is a bug or (incorrectly) intentional, it needs to change, as this is very bad UX design.
