I'm using Jenkins on a Windows 7 VM. I recently tried to upgrade from V2.19 to the latest, v2.63. However, after installing the war, I got an error when I tried to start the service. However, I managed to install the 2.44 war ok (the min required to clear my security vulnerability). 2.62 also failed to start. haven't tried any others inbetween. What might the issue be?
