"Bad Message 431" everywhere

      Just updated to Jenkins 2.69 and now I'm seeing this message everywhere:

      "Bad Message 431

      reason: Request Header Fields Too Large"

      It appears, among other places, in the console log of a build and in the build config page of a job.
