Saving Open Blue Ocean pipeline fails with error 'Not Found'

      Whenever I try to create a pipeline with the Open Blue Ocean pipeline editor, saving it fails with the very generic error message 'Not Found' (see screenshot). There is no error in the jenkins log file.

          borremosch thats no good This looks like a duplicate of JENKINS-45253. We haven't got to the bottom of it yet however we could use your help!

          You you please:

          1. Capture a HAR file for the complete session, from clicking the New Pipeline button on the dashboard to reaching the screen where you see the "Not Found" error
          2. Upload it to this secure file drop
