Add support for box package

      Add build step which package current vagrant VM.

      Fields:

      • vagrantfile
      • vagrantVm
      • outputname

      Perform `vagrant package --output [outputname] [vagrantVm]`. As this command shutdowns the VM, it's up to user to handle this (destroy VM in next step, start up again...). Also what to do with packaged box is not job for vagrant-plugin.
