Apply extracted value to templated URL

      This is a bit like issue 3151; but in many systems the string output in not going to be a URL.

      So for example if it finds the string "MY_BUILD_32" you should be able to provider a template to convert
      this into a hyperlink:

      http://my.example.com/build?

      {param}
      or
      http://my.example.com/build/{param}

      /build

      I guess this is more useful for integration into legacy build systems.
