In the Configure window, under the build tab for certain scripts, when Invoke Gradle Script is a component, sometimes the checkboxes for "Make gradlew executable" and "From Root Build Script Dir" don't show up.

Perhaps it happens when there are multiple Gradle Scripts in a row, because I have not noticed it elsewhere.

When I click on the radio button for "Invoke Gradle" and then click back to "Use Gradle Wrapper", the checkboxes suddenly show up. Weird.

This occurs both on Jenkins 1 and Jenkins 2.
