Most of the API classes defined in https://github.com/jenkinsci/jira-steps-plugin/tree/master/src/main/java/org/thoughtslive/jenkins/plugins/jira/api package are not being used in any of the steps, this was changed to allow this plugin to work against all the JIRA Versions. Now it is time to delete those.
