          I was testing Config File Provider in https://docs.google.com/document/d/1uQcyaaLvGFwFDe0mQ27JHeG2icdX0XfCHILbHGOtAmA/edit#heading=h.h4vlsjdbuqcd, but this issue has not been caught by PCT/ATH

          Hotfix is in https://github.com/jenkinsci/config-file-provider-plugin/pull/47 . It should be enough to get this pluhgin running before the core is released
