"not an integer" error on ports that are not enabled

      Getting the following errors on [jenkinsurl]/configureSecurity "TCP port for JNLP agents" and "SSHD port" when those agents are disabled and 'Fixed' isn't checked with Jenkins 2.105.

      I do not see this error on 2.104.
