Wrong link target for pipeline syntax link in pipeline jobs

    Description

      In pipeline jobs exists a link "Pipeline Syntax" (sorry when I translate it not correctly, I've a German user interface). The link points to {Jenkins-URL}/job/{job}/pipeline-syntax.

      This is cauling a error.

      The link should go to {Jenkins-URL}/pipeline-syntax

      This link is working.
