So far we have only XML converters, but it would be great to have an example of non-XML converter which uses higher-level converter API.

One of examples: llvm-cov https://clang.llvm.org/docs/SourceBasedCodeCoverage.html . It produces JSON. jeffpearce has a success story about conversion logic for this format.

Such feature would allow to convert reports without external environment so that users do not need to configure agents & Co (if possible)
