DSGVO is forcing us to add a imprint & data privacy to each page - including login page, because our master is public. 

Before JENKINS-50447 we had used Simple Theme Plugin to add links generated with JavaScript to each site. Now this isn't anymore possible. So we need another way to do this.

In general I think this should be a core feature. So I except two (Safe HTML)-Field in "Configure System" where I can paste an imprint and data privacy texts. If these fields are filled Jenkins should provide links to these sites with stored content in footer of each site.
