Description
Create a New Item of type 'Pipeline'
Scroll Down to the Pipeline 'Definition' select field
Expected: Pipeline 'Definition' select field to contain 2 choices: 'Pipeline script' and 'Pipeline script from SCM'
Actual: Pipeline 'Definition' select field has no choices (nothing to select)

I have the same issue (tried weekly 2.138 and LTS 2.121.3), but I don't understand the status of this issue:

Is there an upcoming change for this or not?
Never mind - it turned out I didn't have the 'workflow-aggregator' plugin installed. I though I would have since I got the choice to select a Pipeline job at all.
I believe this is a plug-in install/config issue
