Github org scan job breaks authorizations only in one org this might seem to be an issue with github. However, the the org is setup equivalent to other orgs and jenkins fails to fetch org permissions to each authenticated user via github oauth. 

    Hence jenkins only allows the user with authenticated read permissions as setup in security realm

The permissions class does not have java.util.logging enabled on all the users/filter on user to verify the authorizations.
