We have had a case where the resync failed to get the correct version of a member in the project!

This occurred when doing fresh resync (workspace was removed before build started).

The checkpoint before build was not enabled.

The previous version of a member was observed to be present in the sandbox, not the configured version!

I performed the CLI command "si resync" locally on the same project and the resync was correct locally. But I have repeated on Jenkins and do not get the correct file!

When I enabled checkpoint before build I did get the correct version in the sandbox.
