JobRequeue plugin support for Jenkins Job Builder

      Jenkins have support for JobRequeue when slave fails but this plugin don't have support in Jenkins Job Builder (JJB) tool. It has been used quite often but JJB is lacking with such support. It's really beneficial to have support for this plugin in JJB for job automation.

          Note that JJB is a part of Openstack organization, not Jenkins organization.

          If the patches are needed on the JJB side, the request should be submitted there
