I have a pipeline declaring the following checkout:
checkout(
{{ poll: true,}}
{{ scm: [$class : 'GitSCM',}}
{{ userRemoteConfigs : [[}}
{{ credentialsId: <<creds>>}}
{{ url : <<gitRepositoryUrl>>,}}
{{ ]],}}
{{ branches : [[name: '**']],}}
doGenerateSubmoduleConfigurations: false,
{{ submoduleCfg : [],}}
{{ ]}}
)
When I now create a new branch via Bitbucket GUI Jenkins is notified.
But the Git Polling Log is saying:

Done. Took 0.94 sec
No changes
I can not find any configuration to make this job run when there is no new commit.
