Add support for "Secret text" for credentials (for Setup Kubernetes CLI (kubectl)

      We want to use a token as the credentials when we setup Kubernetes CLI, however currently the plugin only allows us to use username/password and secret file as the secrets.

      The way we provide the token in Jenkins is usually through a "secret text" which seems to be currently not supported.
