Artifact deployment ignores alternative settings

      3.144.

      If I run maven with alternative settings (-s in the options), and then try to use the checkbox for hudson-organized deployment, it ignores the settings. an explicit use of the deploy goal works fine, but the special 'deploy if successful' fails due to lack of credentials.
