I've started a docker container from image jenkins/jenkins with an empty /var/jenkins_home folder.

I've installed recommended plugins.

The result can be seen on the screenshot (i've tried it many times, with latest, lts and 2.150.3).

It might be a corrupt HPI File at: https://updates.jenkins.io/download/plugins/pipeline-rest-api/2.10/pipeline-rest-api.hpi

This file can't be opened with ZIP (7Z).
