JiraTestResultReporter-plugin's auto resolve feature is not working

      OS Centos 7

      Dear Team,
      I integrate jenkins and jira to auto report the bug in jira.
      but facing problem in auto resolve case, its failing there give the error message about transition error. I tried to reproduce it but no luck and next time it not read my test case report even there is fail test is reported.
      I already took the help from cloud bees support but they ask me to raise ticket in jira.
      Please help me to resolve this problem ASAP.
