NodeJS plugin Cache location reverts to Default after restart

      After updating NodeJS plugin was updated to 1.3.1, any jobs that use the NodeJS Plugin that had the "Cache location" set to "Local to the workspace" had that value reverted to the Default after restarting Jenkins.
