Can't access https://updates.jenkins.io/download/plugins/durable-task/latest/durable-task.hpi

When restarting my Jenkins master and re-installing all plugins, the install for durable-task is failing due to the hpi link to the latest release, 1.31, being broken.  I get a 404 Not Found error in my logs, and visiting the page itself gives:

Not Found

The requested URL /plugins/durable-task/1.31/durable-task.hpi was not found on this server.
