Unable to see Failure Scan Options

      I've build failure analyzer plugin 1.24.1 installed but I cannot see - 'Failure Scan Options' in Jenkins. I'm logged in with admin user. Is there anything I need to do that option to appear? Or it this a bug with 1.24.1 version?
