Cannot Configure Bitbucket Plugin Parameters

      User encountered the problem that the description in the Discover Branches Combo vanished.

      Further digging revealed that Jenkins logs about no Rights for Jobs/Configure but the User has the rights on the User Access matrix.

      SystemWide Administrator still have the rights and will be showed the correct information in the ComboBox

          Hi Peter, thanks for the report.
          This was awhile ago, I'm not 100% sure what the issue is (as we only started support for multibranch, and ergo the discover branches behaviour, in 1.1.0)- but I have a feeling this is a dupe of JENKINS-60116 (the symptom is the same, just a different component). Testing on 2.1.2, I can't reproduce the issue, and a user with Job/Configure permissions in Matrix is succesfully able to change and update behaviours on a multibranch SCM, so I'm going to mark this as a dupe.
          If the issue persists in 2.1.0+, please reopen the ticket with replication details and, if possible, logging. Thanks!
