Windows Slave works fine.
Alse reproducible on MacOS and Linux (CentOS and Ubuntu) slaves with Windows-based Jenkins master.
Windows slaves do not seem to be affected.

Windows slaves do not seem to be affected. This is a duplicate of JENKINS-58211 ; there's a pull request resolving this in the ArtifactDeployer plugin code, it hasn't been merged yet, though.

Same behavior here on CentOS 7.4 and CentOS 8 - after updating jenkins master today (running on Ubuntu).
